Cancellation Policy
You can contact customer service to change your renewal status or cancel your subscription and get a full refund for all un-mailed magazine issues, at any time. Please contact us at the email below.
You will receive an email reminder in advance of each renewal. Your credit card or method of payment that was charged at the time of the purchase will be charged before the start of each new term for your automatic renewal subscriptions.
Refund Policy
Please email us your cancellation and refund request at the contact information below. We do not refund for magazines that have already been mailed but we will refund for any new subscription signs ups that have not mailed out yet. We recommend sending cancellation notices within 3-7 days of your renewal so that your card is not charged for the renewal.
Once we receive your request we can issue a refund (un-mailed issues only) and you should receive the funds to your payment used during the initial order within 2-7 days depending on your banking institutes credit policies and timeline.
